1. サービス概要 本アプリは以下の3つのサービスを提供します ・「AI Team Builder」はユーザーが入力した情報をもとに、AIが構築を提案するサービスです ・「Which One」はユーザーの投票に基づき、遺伝的アルゴリズムを用いて構築案を最適化するサービスです ・「MetaPoke Search」は特定のポケモンに強いポケモンを提示すサービスです 2. 利用条件 ユーザーは以下に同意した上で本アプリを利用するものとします ・法令を遵守すること ・不正アクセスや不正利用を行わないこと ・サービスの運営を妨害しないこと 3. AI生成コンテンツについて ・本アプリが提案する構築案はAIによる自動生成です ・内容の正確性、完全性、勝率、対戦結果その他一切の成果を保証するものではありません ・利用はユーザーの自己責任で行うものとします 4. 広告について ・本アプリはAdMobによる広告を表示します ・広告の内容は当社が保証・管理するものではありません 5. サブスクリプション ・広告非表示機能は月額サブスクリプション（100円/月）で提供されます ・課金はApp Store/Google Playの規約に従います ・解約は各ストアで行うものとします 6. 禁止事項 以下の行為を禁止します ・アプリのリバースエンジニアリング ・サーバーやAPIへの不正アクセス ・サービスの改変・妨害 ・本アプリのコンテンツ、データの無断転載、複製、販売 7. 免責事項 ・本サービスの利用により発生したいかなる損害についても一切責任を負いません ・システム障害、API停止、AI出力の誤りについて保証しません 8. サービスの変更、停止 ・事前通知なしにサービス内容を変更、停止する場合があります 9. 権利帰属 ・ポケットモンスター・ポケモン・Pokémonは任天堂株式会社、株式会社ポケモン、株式会社クリーチャーズ、株式会社ゲームフリークの登録商標です ・本アプリは上記の企業様とは一切関連性はありません ・本アプリに関するプログラム、デザイン、コンテンツその他一切の知的財産権は開発者に帰属します ・ユーザーが入力したデータの権利はユーザーに帰属します ・本アプリにより生成された構築案について、当社は著作権その他の権利を主張しません

AI-Generated Content ・Team compositions provided by this application are generated by AI. ・We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, win rate, battle results, or any other outcomes. ・All use of the content is at the user's own responsibility. 4. Advertising ・This application displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. ・We do not guarantee or control the content of advertisements. 5. Subscription ・The ad-free feature is provided via a monthly subscription (100 JPY/month). ・Payments are processed in accordance with App Store / Google Play policies. 6. Prohibited Activities The following actions are prohibited: ・Reverse engineering of the application ・Unauthorized access to servers or APIs ・Modification or disruption of the servicve ・Unauthorized reproduction, duplication, or sale of the application's content or data 7. Disclaimer ・We are not responsible for any damages arising from the use of this service. ・We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, API availability, or accuracy of AI-generated outputs. 8. Changes and Suspension of Service ・The service content may be changed or suspended without prior notice. 9. Intellectual Property Rights ・Pokémon, Poket Monsters, and Pokémon are registered trademarks of Nintendo Co., Ltd., The Pokémon Company, Creatures Inc., and GAME FREAK inc. ・This application is not affiliated with or endorsed by any of the above companies. ・All intellectual property rights related to this application, including programs, design, and content, belong to the developer. ・Rights to data entered by users belong to the users. ・We do not claim any copyright or other rights over AI-generated team compositions provided by this applications.

Information We Collect This application may collect the following information: (1) User Input Data ・Text information entered by users, such as Pokémon names and related inputs. *This information is used solely for AI-based team generation and is not used to identify individuals.
